Executives of Sina Companies were selected to repurpose a grocery anchored shopping center into a medical services destination by Cooper Health System. Cooper wanted to target a demographic area convenient for their patients and the best and most economical option was converting this existing facility to a branded medical campus. The diverse array of medical services provided further enhanced the effectiveness of this facility.
