The St. Joseph East hospital campus had been growing substantially since their original development to the East of their main campus in downtown Lexington. They recognized a need for additional physician office space and selected Sina to deliver that vision. In our development of this 4-story, 80,000 SF medical office building, we were able to maintain the unique aesthetic of the hospital while offering a market competive rental rate. The project houses a Women’s Center, and some light retail, Physical Rehabilitation facility and Imaging.
